At Congruent Grant Partners, we are dedicated to giving back to the grants profession. Lukas is currently serving as Interim Treasurer of the GPA Michigan Chapter, and Meredith is finishing her second year on the GPA Ethics Committee.
The Ethics Committee maintains the GPA Code of Ethics by publishing articles in Grant News, creating microlearning sessions, hosting quarterly discussion dens, developing AI and ethics policies for Board approval, answering questions in GrantZone, and reviewing ethics violation cases. Ethics are the cornerstone of all that we do as grant professionals, and Meredith is proud to serve on this important committee and engage in complex conversations about how best to implement the Code of Ethics.
October is Ethics Month at GPA, and Meredith recently published an article about prioritizing Clients Before Contracts. Last year, she wrote an article about Why She Doesn’t Say Yes to Everyone.
You’re invited to bring your ethical questions and discuss these articles at the Ethics Committee’s Discussion Den at GrantSummit in San Antonio on Thursday, November 5 at 1:30 pm! Meredith returns as a presenter on Friday, November 6 at 3 pm for When the Math Still Ain’t Mathin’: Budgets.
We are also hosting a friends and family get-together. Reach out for details!
